The agency's own internal newsletter (document cia-irr-news-2003-04-28) records that school students in Woodland, California had been sending near-identical letters since 1997, 27 of them in 2000, each naming Roswell, Area 51 and Majestic 12 and most asking for a photograph of the Director. The volume in this log is substantially one classroom exercise repeated over years. Quoted from a page read by eye; the other thirty-one rows were found through OCR and are leads only.

“F-2001-00124 TEHRAN UFO INCIDENT, 20 SEPTEMBER 1976, PROJECT MOON DUST Granted in Full”
THE ONLY ROW IN 113 PAGES THAT NAMES MOON DUST. It is a requester's description and evidences only that this request was made and granted. It is NOT the agency attaching Moon Dust to the Tehran incident, and nothing on this map is bound to it.
“F-2001-00633 SIGHTING OF AN UNIDENTIFIED FLYING OBJECT IN IRAN ON SEPTEMBER 19, 1976 Granted in Full”
ONE LOG, TWO ROWS, ONE DAY APART. Page 3 dates the Tehran incident 20 September 1976 and this row dates the Iran sighting 19 September 1976. Both are requesters' wordings, so the disagreement is between two members of the public and not within the agency. Recorded because the difference is real on the page; not reconciled, and no date is asserted from either.
