DIA's own definition of psychoenergetics, and that SUN STREAK is its application to intelligence collection.
GONDOLA WISH was CANCELLED by the Army ACSI in 1978, and the same act started GRILL FLAME. The programme did not simply stop: the effort continued under a new name.
GRILL FLAME was the unclassified name given to the new effort, based at Fort Meade, Maryland.
INSCOM terminated formal involvement with GRILL FLAME at the end of 1982 and continued the same effort under a Special Access Program called CENTER LANE. It also names a Perry memorandum of 1980, reversed in January 1983 by Under Secretary DeLauer.
The DoD/DIA psychoenergetic collection effort IS NOW CALLED SUN STREAK - the same effort under a further name, stated by DIA in the present tense.
