Operation Blue Fly
Companion U.S. Air Force quick-reaction operation established to expedite delivery of Moon Dust or other "items of great technological intelligence interest" to the Foreign Technology Division at Wright-Patterson AFB. Named alongside Moon Dust and UFO investigations in the 1961 tasking and officially acknowledged as later discontinued. Its documented function - rapid, discreet transport of recovered fallen objects to a technical-exploitation facility - is the transport link a crash-retrieval pipeline would require, though no anomalous recovery is confirmed.
