Former director of aviation security on the National Security Council and acting director of the FAA's National Security Programs Office. Appeared in "The Age of Disclosure" saying UAP are a national security concern partly because the FAA's radar network only reliably tracks aircraft that actively broadcast their position, leaving unidentified objects largely undetected unless a pilot happens to report one.
