DIA Scientific Evaluation Team (1983)

1983-10-19DIA publishes the three-year research results

The independent team assembled by DIA's Assistant Deputy Director for Scientific and Technical Intelligence at the request of the Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee. Its reported conclusion was that 'the evidence shown to us is too impressive to dismiss as mere coincidence' and that Dr. Puthoff's team at SRI International 'warrants cautious continued fiscal support'.

In the consciousness threadOPERATOR RULING, 25 August 2026, replacing a basis that was withdrawn. This node was first classified by a LINK DERIVATION - the same approach the documents apply had rejected hours earlier - and that mechanism has been withdrawn across the file. The subject stands on a different footing: this is an organisation assembled for one purpose, evaluating the SRI psychoenergetics work, and under the operator's rule an organisation whose purpose IS that research carries the subject where an individual funder or approver does not. Its own role text records the conclusion: "the evidence shown to us is too impressive to dismiss as mere coincidence" and that Dr. Puthoff's team at SRI International "warrants cautious continued fiscal support". Note honestly: its role carries no psi vocabulary of its own and would not be found by any word scan. It is here on a ruling, which is why the ruling is written out.
