N.S. Kardashev
Of the Institute for Space Research, Moscow. At the Conference on the Origins of Life in Yerevan, 6-8 September 1971, he "read an interesting but highly speculative paper he had prepared on general relativity and the possibility of a body collapsing into a black hole in space", co-authored with Andrei D. Sakharov. THE PAPER IS NOT ABOUT UNIDENTIFIED PHENOMENA and this map does not suggest it is; it is here because the CIA filed the report of it in a collection released as UAP records in 2026. The US attendee "felt the authors' speculation was a little fantastic and they had taken off in a rather wild way. However, he believed their paper was grounded in good and sound physics."
In the UAP recordRuled by hand on 4 September 2026 when this entity was created. He appears on this map only inside a CIA collection on unidentified flying objects; the paper he gave is not itself about them.
