Thomas TD Barnes - CIA/EG&G special-projects engineer at Area 51 (1968-73; Soviet MiG exploitation and A-12 stealth) and longtime president of the Roadrunners Internationale, the Area 51 veterans association; author of Secret Skies. A credentialed insider-SKEPTIC: he argues Area 51 was mundane aircraft and radar work with no aliens, that Bob Lazar's account is false, and that modern Tic Tac sightings are radar spoofing. Close friends with George Knapp and personally knew Harry Reid, despite opposite conclusions.
