Capt. (later Col.) Albert C. Trakowski, the Army Air Forces project officer for Project Mogul from January 1947 to May 1949, succeeding Col. Marcellus Duffy. Present at the later Alamogordo field trips; his oral history informed the 1994-1997 USAF Roswell inquiry. Birth/death dates not established.

    Trakowski also recounted a conversation that he had with his friend, and superior military officer in his chain of command, Colonel Marcellus Duffy, in July, 1947. Duffy, formerly had Trakowski's position on MOGUL, but had subsequently been transferred to Wright Field.
