In the UAP recordRuled into the unidentified-phenomena thread on 3 September 2026 by reading this entity's record, after the automated screen proposed "neither" for it. The screen's "neither" only means that no term from its vocabulary fired; the deciding phrase here is this entity's own: "ran Project Mogul". An editorial classification of which thread this entity belongs to; it rests on no page and does not claim to.

None of this entity's 3 connections has a source you can open. 3 were tested against a document we hold and deliberately not bound.

  • Project Mogul not bound, on purpose
    The claim we tested
Air Materiel Command lab (Red Bank NJ) that ran Project Mogul
    What the document actually says
a New York University (NYU)/Watson Labs effort that used ". . . meteorological devices . . . suspected for detecting shock waves generated by Soviet nuclear explosions"
Report of Air Force Research Regarding the "Roswell Incident", 1994
printed p. 25  ·  read off the page footer
Why we refused it. THE DOCUMENT PLACES WATSON LABS IN MOGUL AS A CONTRACTING PARTY AND NOTHING MORE. It never says Watson Labs ran the project, and it never gives the lab a location. Two of the three things this relation asserts are absent from the page. Not bound.
  • Albert P. Crary not bound, on purpose
    The claim we tested
ran Mogul field operations out of Watson Laboratories
    What the document actually says
An advance ground team, led by Albert P. Crary, preceded the NYU group to Alamogordo Army Air Field, New Mexico, setting up ground sensors and obtaining facilities for the NYU group.
Report of Air Force Research Regarding the "Roswell Incident", 1994
printed p. 26  ·  read off the page footer
Why we refused it. THE DOCUMENT PUTS CRARY AT ALAMOGORDO, NOT AT WATSON LABS. It never connects him to Watson Laboratories at all. Shared membership in Project Mogul is not a connection between the two, and treating it as one is the exact failure section 8 was written about. Not bound.
  • James Peoples not bound, on purpose
    The claim we tested
Watson Laboratories' primary scientist for Mogul
    What the document actually says
Dr. James Peoples, the Air Force's civilian project scientist and later editor of the Journal of Geophysical Research
Report of Air Force Research Regarding the "Roswell Incident", 1994
printed p. 2  ·  read off the page footer
Why we refused it. THE DOCUMENT GIVES HIM A DIFFERENT TITLE AND NO AFFILIATION TO WATSON LABS. "The Air Force's civilian project scientist" is not "Watson Laboratories' primary scientist", and Watson Labs is not named in the sentence. Not bound. This is the only page in the file that names Peoples at all.
