The Department of Defense combat-support intelligence agency. Ran the later phase of the government remote-viewing program (Sun Streak) in the 1980s and, in 2008, funded the AAWSAP program that investigated UAP and Skinwalker Ranch. Vice Adm. Thomas Wilson - subject of the Wilson-Davis memo - was one of its directors.
