Eric Davis
1998
Theoretical physicist and longtime UAP program subcontractor. Worked at NIDS under mentor Hal Puthoff, authored at least six AAWSAP-era Defense Intelligence Reference Documents on exotic propulsion, and wrote the 2002 "Wilson-Davis memo" describing an alleged Pentagon crash-retrieval briefing. Later worked at The Aerospace Corporation (2019-2024) and was one of roughly 40 witnesses in Grusch's whistleblower complaint.
