Glenn Gaffney
2009
31-year CIA/intelligence community veteran; served as Director of the CIA's Directorate of Science & Technology, Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Collection, and later EVP at In-Q-Tel (the CIA's venture capital arm) and Chief Strategy Officer at the NobleReach Foundation. Anonymously-sourced reports (via Liberation Times) allege he blocked a proposed 2010 transfer of recovered UAP material from Lockheed Martin to Bigelow Aerospace; AARO's own Historical Report Volume I is cited as saying an earlier 2008 attempt at the same transfer was separately blocked by James Clapper. Both claims are unverified, and one skeptic site notes the story "has no real source that can be pinned down."
