The Fort Worth Army Air Field base weather officer who, on July 8, 1947, was summoned to Gen. Ramey's office and identified the displayed Roswell debris as a weather balloon and RAWIN radar target. He reaffirmed this in a 1994 sworn statement for the USAF inquiry. Birth/death dates not established.
