Assistant dean at the University of Colorado and project coordinator for the Condon Committee's UFO study. His leaked 1966 internal memo, suggesting the study should appear objective while the team "could not possibly find a single case of a saucer that is interplanetary," became one of the most controversial documents in UFO research history.
