Senior Review Group - established in 2006 (ICPG 2006-700-10) under the CAPOC Chair as the management body for compartmented programs under the Director of National Intelligence. Notably, the Wilson-Davis memo lists Brig. Gen. Mike Kostelnik as a member of the Senior Review Group - a direct documentary link between the Intelligence Community's compartmented-program oversight and the officials named in that memo.
