General Correspondence of Sandia
THE RELEASE TITLE IS FLAT AND THE CONTENTS ARE NOT. The file is the Air Force Office of Special Investigations 17th District record of the green fireball investigation, 1948-1950: Lincoln LaPaz's numbered "Anomalous Luminous Phenomena" reports to Lt Col Doyle Rees, the 25 May 1950 summary to HQ USAF, a numbered compilation of sightings running past 175 entries, and particle-collection work. The title given here is the one the Department of War released it under and is kept unchanged; this note is where the contents are described.

What this document is used for, page by page
Every claim on this map that rests on this document, and every claim tested against it and deliberately not used — in the order you would meet them reading the file itself. Where the check was written down, our wording is followed by the document’s own sentence, so you can hold the two side by side. 9 of 9 name a page.
