rendered and read by eye — the grade this project quotes fromCaveat THE ANONYMITY IS THE POINT OF THIS EDGE. Battelle did the work - witness-recall reliability, a better debriefing questionnaire, a punch-card system for the statistics - and its report was published "under the cover of ATIC to maintain its anonymity" as "Special Report No. 14". A reader meeting Special Report No. 14 as an Air Force product is meeting it as it was designed to be met. There is no node here for Special Report No. 14 itself. -
