2009-01-01year known, day not recorded

Maj. Gen. William N. McCasland, USAF - Director of Special Programs / DoD SAPCO (2009-11) and Commander of the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright-Patterson. In a 2015 WikiLeaks email, Tom DeLonge told John Podesta that McCasland - who was in charge of all of the stuff and ran the lab where Roswell was allegedly shipped - had helped assemble his UAP advisory team. Later a technology director at Applied Technology Associates (BlueHalo) and a Riverside Research trustee. A key revolving-door figure. Reported missing from Albuquerque in early 2026 and named in 2025-26 coverage of dead and missing scientists with access to classified aerospace research; his disappearance remains unresolved.
