"Analysis and Assessment of Gateway Process," a U.S. Army report on the Monroe Institute's Hemi-Sync consciousness-altering technique, prepared by Lt. Col. Wayne M. McDonnell and declassified by the CIA in 2003. It concluded the underlying premise was scientifically plausible and worth further study for intelligence applications, addressing claims of out-of-body experience, remote viewing, and altered time perception.
