Albert Stubblebine

1983

Retired U.S. Army Major General; commanded Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) in the early 1980s while promoting remote viewing and psychic research within the Army. Later co-founded the remote-viewing company PSI-TECH with Alexander.
