Former Defense Intelligence Agency officer who joined the Army's Stargate remote-viewing program in 1986 as a session monitor and trainer, becoming known for pushing sessions toward speculative targets like Mars, Atlantis, and UFOs. Co-founded PSI-TECH with Alexander and Stubblebine, which received government contracts including a Gulf War-era tasking to locate Iraqi Scud missile sites. Became a frequent Coast to Coast AM guest after the program's declassification.
