Retired Army colonel (32-year career, Special Forces in Vietnam); leading advocate for non-lethal weapons and military applications of the paranormal, later a Los Alamos National Laboratory program manager. Sat on NIDS's advisory board and was the first researcher to spend a night at Skinwalker Ranch. Subject of "The Men Who Stare at Goats."
