Whistleblower or witness

David Grusch

2023-06-05what this date marks is not recorded

Former USAF intelligence officer and Afghanistan veteran who worked at NGA and NRO, serving 2019-2021 as NRO's representative to the UAP Task Force; helped draft the 2023 NDAA's whistleblower-protection provisions for UAP reporting. Claims the government runs a secret multi-decade crash-retrieval and reverse-engineering program involving "non-human" craft and pilot remains, and that a 1933 Mussolini-era recovery was procured by the U.S. via the Vatican and Five Eyes in 1944-45. Later told Le Parisien that UAP could originate from extra dimensions and described "malevolent activity." NASA, the DoD, and multiple independent experts have found no evidence supporting the claims.

Generated from the record, not written by hand. Every change keeps what the map used to say, because a correction nobody can see is indistinguishable from never having been wrong.

David Grusch → Dylan Borland
co-testified
both testified before House Oversight, at separate hearings - Grusch 26 July 2023, Borland 9 September 2025
"Co-testified" asserted a shared appearance that did not happen. Three separate hearings, all House Oversight: Grusch 26 Jul 2023, Elizondo 13 Nov 2024, Borland 9 Sep 2025. The replacement says "at separate hearings" outright rather than leaving the old implication to fade.
